Acceptance

The Web Site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Spot Image France, a Société Anonyme registered under laws of France, located at 5 rue des Satellites, 31400, Toulouse (hereinafter referred to as Spot Image). ”). All matters concerning the access to or use of the Web Site shall be governed by the laws of France. Those who choose to access the Web Site from other locations do so, on their own behalf and are responsible for compliance with local laws. If the User doesn´t agree to the terms of this document the User is not authorized to use any information included on the Web site.

Ownership
The User hereby agrees that Spot Image and/or its partners shall have the sole and exclusive title to and ownership of all products -and any other right acquired by Spot Image from the owners-, which are used on the Web site and all copyright, trade secret, patents and other intellectual property rights therein and in any graphic or other representation thereof.
All Spot Image intellectual property rights with the design use or production of any part of the Web Site are and remain the sole and entire property of Spot Image and its providers.

Copyright
Any data included in the Web Site is copyrighted by Spot Image and/or its third party providers and copying of the said data is expressly prohibited except as indicated below in Right of Use.
The trade marks, services marks and logos displayed on the Web Site are the property of Spot Image.
All other trade marks are the property of their owners and should be treated as such.

Confidentiality
The Web Site collects User’s personal data so that Spot Image shall send to the User advices in the frame of PixAgri services. These data can solely be use for the purpose of PixAgri services and can only be communicated to Spot Image personal and/or its partners if it is strictly necessary and bounded to Pix Agri services.
In accordance with the provision of the French Law relative to data processing n°78-17 of the 6th of January 1978, any Users can get communication of the collected data and can ask the Pix Agri Service to change or delete that data.
Spot Image shall comply with keeping those personal data secret and shall protect and treat that data accordingly its confidentiality policy.

Right of use
The User agrees not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the Web Site. All rights to reproduction are reserved; including those for the documents available for download and the iconographical and photographic representations (all rights not expressly conceded are reserved).
The products and documentation made available to download from the Web Site are strictly limited to the following conditions:
- The User may make only one printed copy of any portion of material downloaded from different items of the Web Site for informational and non-commercial purposes.
- The User agrees not to modify, decompose, adapt, translate, and create derivative works based on material contained in the Web Site in whole or in part.

The User acknowledges its responsibility for obtaining such licenses.

The Web Site contains links to other third party web sites. The linked Sites are not controlled by Spot Image. Spot Image is not responsible for the contents of any linked site and for any transmission from the said site.
SPOT IMAGE IS PROVIDING THESE LINKS MERELY AS A CONVENIENCE AND THE INCLUSION OF ANY LINKED SITE IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT BY SPOT IMAGE.

Warranties and Liabilities
Spot Image doesn´t warrant that the materials on the Web Site are available for use in other locations than France and accessing from any territories.
Except as expressly provided in an agreement between the User and Spot Image, all materials, information, documentation on the Web Site are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without any other warranties or representations or endorsement express or implied and Spot Image expressly disclaims and the User expressly waives any and all warranties, express or implied, arising by law, custom or usage of trade or otherwise, including but not limited to the fitness for a particular purposes with regard to any merchandise, information, documentation provided through the Web Site or on the Internet, generally.
SPOT IMAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COST OR DAMAGE ARISING EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ANY USE OF THE WEB SITE. IT IS THE USER RESPONSIBILITY TO EVALUATE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND USEFULNESS OF MERCHANDISE AND OTHER INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE WEB SITE OR ON THE INTERNET GENERALLY.
